Recipe
Ingredients:

- Cooking Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 20 minutes
- 1 pound extra colossal shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Increase heat to medium-high, add shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Add lemon juice, zest, white wine, and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and let reduce by half, about 4-5 minutes.
Return shrimp to the skillet, sprinkle with parsley, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using), and toss to combine.
